Australian GST
Where Australian GST applies, prices displayed on our website for delivery within Australia are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The product price shown on our website includes applicable GST. Any additional charges, such as shipping or delivery fees, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
For example, if a product is displayed as AUD $1,100, the displayed price includes the applicable GST. We will not add a separate 10% GST charge to that advertised product price at checkout.

Shipping and Additional Charges
Standard shipping and delivery across Australia is charged at a flat rate of AUD $300 per order. This delivery fee applies once per eligible order and will be displayed separately and clearly before you complete your purchase.
Optional services outside standard delivery, such as installation, assembly, specialised lifting, or special placement, may incur additional charges. Any applicable additional costs will be communicated before those services are arranged.
Any mandatory charges applicable to your order will be disclosed before payment.
Orders Outside Australia
If we offer delivery outside Australia, customers may be responsible for taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless we expressly state that these charges are included in the purchase price.
Where applicable, we will provide available information about these charges before the order is completed. Customers should also check the import requirements of their destination country.
Australian GST-inclusive pricing applies to orders delivered within Australia where GST is applicable.
Price Errors
We take reasonable steps to ensure that product information and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
If a technical or system error causes an incorrect price to be displayed, we will address the error in accordance with applicable Australian consumer laws.
